I was asked recently to be a guest blogger for Angel Oak Creative. As I sat down to decide what to write, I found myself reflecting on a debate I had recently suggesting you may need to get rid of your core values… if they didn’t meet two points put forward by Patrick Lencioni:
- Core Values should be “aggressively authentic”
- When practiced properly, they should “inflict pain”
Two concepts that, unfortunately, many companies have not embraced.
